Welcome to BodyWorks! Our new premier Life Enhancement Center is San Diego's best kept secret. BodyWorks is like no gym you've ever experienced.

All our programs are all designed to help reverse and/or slow down aging through a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stress reduction.

Our Mission is to help educate, enhance, and create healthy lifestyles for everyone. Established in 1986, BodyWorks was once recognized as the "original downtown gym." Since then, our fitness experts have been working extensively with each of our members. BodyWorks has been recently redesigned to look and feel like a loft apartment; a place where you can come and feel like you are at home.

In addition to offering new classes in our beautiful, redesigned studio like PowerYoga, Yoga Booty Ballet, Astanga Yoga, Tai-Chi, and Pilates for strength and relaxation, as well as Disco Spinning and KickBoxing, we have created a motivational library for our members to enjoy. Books on motivation, cooking, yoga, destressing, personal finance, and more.

Undertanding that nutrition is a key element for weightloss, BodyWorks now offers customized meal plans for members and non-members. BodyWorks was designed solely with our members in mind. That means we will help you get results!

BodyWorks' facility has over 6,500 sq. ft. and offers state of the art equipment in a relaxed environment. Upon entry, you will immediately feel like you're in a warm and safe environment. The gentle sounds of our 40' cascading waterfall may immediately allow you to relax and de-stress.
