Adam Hutchins

Adam has been personal training for over a decade. Heís been teaching since 1997. He started at 24 Hour Fitness. Adam is the owner of his own personal training company and is the Program Director at Bodyworks Health and Fitness. A graduate of ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine and the ISSA (International Sports Science Association). Adam has taught and trained professional and athletes to the chronically ill. Adam also has an extensive background in martial arts and holds a third degree black belt in Full Circle Sambo, a black belt in Pankration and a brown belt in Judo. Adam has been national ranked competitor in Sambo and Pankration and is a professional mixed martial arts fighter.

Jessica Cronin

Being active and healthy has always been an important part of my life; from swim lessons and years of dance class to high school cheerleading and marathon training. Over the years I have acquired a passion for, and a great deal of knowledge about exercise and nutrition. It is my goal as a personal trainer to motivate and educate each and every one of my clients. My training style focuses on weight training, plyometrics*, functional strength, core strength, balance, and mind/body coordination, all incorporated into a cardiovascular challenging workout. . I am able to design exercise programs for clients at any age and any level of fitness; no matter where you are right now, together we can get you to where you want to be.

* Plyometrics is a type of exercise training designed to produce fast, powerful movements, and improve the functions of the nervous system, generally for the purposes of improving performance in a specific sport. Plyometric movements use the strength, elasticity and innervation of muscle and surrounding tissues to jump higher, throw farther or hit harder, depending on the desired training goal.

Justin DeLeon

Not only is Justin a personal trainer he is also our Business Manager. Justin excels at personal training and loves to assist and help people develop their workout skills. He believes in empowering his client to be able to workout with him and takes those tools to working out on their own.

Naomi Paulson

Originally from the mid-west, Naomi loves living in California. The diversity of both the people and landscape have kept her hooked since she first moved to California 1998. She says having beach, mountains, and desert all within driving distance and accessible year-round is like being a kid in a candy store. When she's not working, Naomi enjoys staying active and prefers being outdoors, with hiking being at the top of her list of favorite activities. Of course, she's not adverse to curling up on the chaise lounge with a good book, either!

As a trainer, Naomi finds it exciting to guide people through the process of making a change in their lifestyle and reaching their fitness goals. Previously a Life Coach and certified Yoga Instructor, Naomi continues to live to her personal mission: to educate, motivate and guide people to whole health. In her words, "I want to see them succeed. That is what sets me apart from many trainers. It's about more than dumbbells and stair masters. It's about life."
